Altius is a truly exceptional location for signature special events featuring fine dining in an exclusive atmosphere. Our private dining space, located high up on Pittsburgh’s historic Mt. Washington, is designed to enhance your experience and make your event a memorable one.  Our dedicated staff will cater to your every detail and provide your guests with an experience they won’t forget!  We’ll work with you to craft the perfect menu for your event. It’s our mission to make sure that a gathering of forty-two is just as special as a dinner for two.

Altius offers several options for groups wishing to hold special events.

Our glass-enclosed dining room is available for parties interested in business presentations and intimate social gatherings with a total seating capacity of up to 20 guests. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the city of Pittsburgh, or our custom screens provide complete privacy.  Plasma flat screen available for visual presentations.

The entire 2nd floor is also available for events and can accommodate as many as 50 guests for seated dining or a standing cocktail event.
