Champagne. The very word is practically synonymous with luxury and celebration. As famous as it is,
though, Champagne still manages to be underappreciated. Its reputation as a wine for special occasions
belies its amazing ability to pair perfectly with a wide array of foods. Join us at Altius on May 31st as we
take a virtual tour of Champagne by sampling a range of styles from some of the greatest producers that the
region has to offer, all paired with a special tasting menu from Chef Jessica Bauer.
